The house has three bedrooms on 2 levels.

On the garden level:
- A master bedroom on the ground floor with bay window, direct access to the terrace and the garden.
160x200 bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub (soap and shower gel available). An adjoining dressing room.

- A bright living space overlooking the terrace and the garden: living room with a wood stove, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee makers, toaster, crockery and cooking equipment, small combined oven...)

- WC

The 30 m² terrace and the city garden (50 m²) allow you to enjoy the sunny days. BBQ available.

Upstairs:

- a bedroom with two beds of 90x190
A bathroom with shower, separate toilet

We are very attentive to the comfort of our tenants.
The bedding is of high quality. Sheets and towels are provided as well as household linen (tea towels...).
The beds are already made when you arrive, so that you feel at home right away. All you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy your stay!

Also at your disposal:
- washing machine, ironing board and iron.
- basic products for cooking (salt, pepper, spices, etc.).
- Household products (dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponges, soap, etc.)

To start your stay you will find coffee pods, tea and chocolate on site.

For your departure, we ask that the rubbish bins, fridge-freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Thank you!
