Very pretty house of character, calm and flowery, with exceptional panoramic view, large veranda overlooking an enclosed garden with trees. Ground floor: equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), large living room of 40 m² with exposed beams, lounge area (fireplace/stove), 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90x180), bathroom (walk-in shower), WC. Floor: mezzanine Laundry room in the basement (washing machine). Oil and wood heating extra. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen rental. Enclosed garden with trees on 2ha of meadow, large tarmac courtyard, covered carport. Hiking near the cottage. Non-smoking gîte. Pets not accepted. Enjoy a privileged environment by staying in Irissarry, a pretty village located in the heart of the inland Basque Country!
