Ground floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area, wood stove, 1 bedroom with terrace (1 double bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (shower, 2 basins and WC), separate WC (washbasin) , laundry. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with balcony (3 single beds 90x190cm including 2 that can be combined into 1 double bed / 3 single beds 90x190cm including 2 that can be combined into 1 double bed / 2 single beds 90x190cm that can be combined into 1 double bed ), a living room, a bathroom (shower and 2 sinks), separate WC. Terrace. Wooded lot. Private parking for 3/4 cars. Wooden frame house, located 50 m from the owners' house, in a hamlet. Wooded land with a chicken coop, a goat and a goat in a fenced area. Spacious cottage with a bright living room opening onto a 50 m² terrace with a very clear view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Upstairs living room with games for children. Ecological construction with solar panels, VMC double flow. Detached house 11km from Albertville, at the crossroads of the valleys to visit the region (motorway 4km away) and discover various family ski resorts: Hauteluce les Sasies, Arêches-Beaufort, Crest-Voland... Magnificent hikes on foot or by bike in the various surrounding massifs: Belledonne, Beaufortain and the Bauges Regional Natural Park. In the valley, lakes with water ski lifts and leisure centers 36km away, Lake Annecy, 2nd natural lake in France nicknamed "blue lake" for the quality of its waters.

Great place, quiet and out of the way

Great place to stay, new and clean. Located about 15 mins from Albertville it is up the hill away from the noise, it’s very quiet and off the beaten track. Perfect for us as we were there for the Etape that started in Albertville. The place has a large family area and outdoor decking which is great for entertaining/social meals etc. 4 rooms with a lot of single beds that were pulled together to make 4 doubles. Rooms are a good size. No aircon but the house stays fairly cool anyway. Only downside was the WiFi didn’t extend outside to the balcony, although it was good inside. Marc was very responsive via WhatsApp and email.

Chalet parfait pour un sejour tranquille

Le Chalet est parfait, nous etions en famille/amis et nous avions tout a disposition y compris pour un bebe et enfants en bas âge. Le logement est propre, tres confortable (literie, canapés, ustensile cuisine) tout etait là pour passer un sejour parfait. La vue du logement est merveilleuse. Nous sommes tous ravis de nos vacances dans ce logement. Les proprio sont présents ci nécessaire et la femme fait de la poterie tres belle qui est a notre disposition dans la cuisine

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce chalet formidable.Nous avons été très bien accueillis.Le chalet propose tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin.La literie est excellente. Prestation raffinée, nous avons manqué de rien, dans chaques pièces, avec une vue exceptionnelle.Merci aux hôtes de nous avoir fait passer un très beau séjour en haute Savoie.

Parfait !

Le chalet offre tout ce que l'on attend pour un sejour en famille à la montagne : confort, fonctions, équipements, charme. Tout a été parfaitement pensé dans la conception de ce chalet, et les hôtes nous ont offert un accueil optimal avant et pendant le séjour. Je recommande vivement.
