Wir (zwei Erwachsene + Kind) wurden trotz späterem Check-In sehr herzlich von der Hausbesitzerin begrüßt und aufgenommen. Das Apartment ist zwar klein, aber im Grunde genommen ist alles da, was man braucht. Bei Fragen und Hilfe konnten wir stets auf die Hausbesitzerin zugehen und sie war immer offen Lösungen zu finden. Der Balkon war ein super schönes „zweites Zimmer“ für die schönen Sonnabende.

Studio in ruhiger Lage.

Wirklich nette Vermieterin! Das Studio selbst, bzw. Teile der Einrichtung, sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber durchaus ok, wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche stellt. Der Zugang zur Terasse ist nicht im Studio selbst, sondern man muss über den Flur gehen den auch andere Mieter nutzen. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig gewesen. Alles in allem war es für uns aber ok.
