This Modern Montana Whitefish Lake Home includes spectacular lake, mountain and sky views! With 150ft of private lake beach front, a hot tub and room to sleep 8 with 4 bathrooms, this home is the perfect getaway! Enjoy the provided kayaks, or pull your boat up to the private dock for a day on the water. Barbecue dinner on the upper deck, then relax around the fire pit on the lake-side patio. Located only 5 mins from downtown Whitefish and 15 mins from Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort.
Our home is 45 minutes away from Glacier National Park, 10 minutes from the restaurants and breweries of downtown Whitefish, 15 minutes from Big Mountain Ski Resort, and surrounded by some great local hiking and biking options for those interested in staying close.

If you're not familiar with Montana snow, know that it comes down hard and fast. We'll do our best to keep the driveway plowed during storms, but several inches per hour is not uncommon, and can be difficult to manage at times. We have a plow company on contract that swings by in the mornings when there is snow. They'll usually have the driveway plowed by 9am, but heavy storms can occasionally cause delays of one to two hours. We also have multiple snow shovels on hand for your use just in case. We highly recommend renting a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the Winter months.
We live locally in Whitefish, so we're available and happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
Our neighborhood is a good mix of local families and modern vacation homes. Neighbors are extremely friendly.
The entire space is yours!!
The main floor where you enter the home has one master bedroom with a king size bed (and its own master bathroom), a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a powder room, and a spacious living room with access to the upper deck. The lower floor (which you can access via the spiral staircase in the living room) has three bedrooms, with a total of 2 twin beds and two queen beds. Access to the lake access from the home is by winding stairway, approximately 200 ft. Hot tub to be added 10/30/20!!
Unfortunately due to the location of our home and the relatively small population size of the area, there are no reliable public transport options. Finding a ride with services like Lyft and Uber may be possible depending on the time of year and weather conditions.
