Welcome to this villa with pool, built in typical Istrian style. It extends over the first floor with kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and on the second floor two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace. The floors are connected by internal stairs. Refreshment is provided by the large pool, while children can play undisturbed in the garden on the swing and slide. The location is ideal for guests who want to have everything nearby: the beaches in and around Sisan, as well as historical places in the center of Istria.

In the surrounding area, you should not miss a trip to Pula (12 km). This beautiful, historical city offers a variety of sights such as the ancient amphitheater, the temple of Augustus or restaurants and cafes. You should also not forget your swimwear!

Very beaufitful house in typical style with a lot of entertainment (billiard, darts, table-soccer, trampolin, etc.). Aircondition works well and all necessary equipment (kitchen, etc.) available.Well done from the family to create such a nice location.Perfect for a family with Kids or dogs.Different places to relax, play or chill. Big market about 10 minutes away, small one directly close to the villa.Pool cleaning every third day, perfect. Beach about 10-15 minutes away with car. Negative: The neighbours dog barks every night and morning for hours. Big problem to sleep. The grill is no grill to be honest.Check in could be a little bit earlier (before 4.pm.) or should be ready if check in is agreed at 4.p.m. But okay, house was very clean.If those negative points could be solved or improved its the perfect villa.Well done with a lot of details.Clear recommendation from our side.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder im AugustCheck in war ab 16 Uhr möglich, da wir schon um 11 Uhr vor Ort waren durften wir unser Gepäck ausladen und verbrachten den Tag in Pula. Sehr zuvorkommend!!Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, in einem kleinen Dorf. Es gibt einen mini Supermarkt, wo man das nötigste bekommt. Großer Minuspunkt ist der Nachbars Hund!!! Der bellt ständig. Egal ob tagsüber oder auch nachts. Den Flughafen in der Nähe hört man - befanden Wir aber nicht als störend! Es fliegen nicht so viele Flugzeug. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet.Im Außenbereich wäre eine Toilette ganz praktisch (so musste man immer aus dem Pool raus abtrocknen und ins Haus rein - mit zwei Kindern etwas umständlich aber durchaus machbar)Es war alles sehr sauber.Der Pool wurde in der einen Woche 2 mal gereinigt.Alles in einem war es ein schöner Urlaub!
