This cozy cottage will make you feel at home from the very beginning. There are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna and a bright kitchen-living room. Everything is flooded with light. The terrace is covered. Enjoy beautiful hours on it or in the almost completely view-protected garden. The house is located in Klegod, on Holmsland Klit, between Ringkøbing Fjord and the North Sea, Søndervig is to the north and Hvide Sande to the south. There are well-maintained walking and cycling paths here. The fjord is a windsurfer's paradise, also invites the rough nature of the North Sea. You can fish here in fishing lakes or at the lock at Hvide Sande. Klegod is an area with many recreational activities but also with a relaxing ambience. Here the horizon is endless and the air is especially fresh.

Schönes Haus mit super Grundstück für Kinder und Sport. Inventar teils ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Bad, Küche, Möbel... Könnte mal durchrenoviert werden.Sauberkeit bei Ankunft nicht so gut, als wenn kein Reinigungsservice gebucht war, Sachen unterm Sofa, Eingang und Flur nicht so schön, dafür alle Geräte sehr sauber. Trotzdem gutes Haus, wenn man nicht pingelig ist.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Einrichtung müsste teilweise mal erneuert werden, ist aber gemütlich und zweckdienlich. Die Raumaufteilung fanden wir sehr gut.
