Our large group loved staying in this house! We had a mix of adults and children - the entertainment and amenities were top-tier. The wood provided for the amazing fire pit outside was so helpful, and using two grills on the deck while cooking for everyone was SO convenient. There were ample coffee machines, dishes, and cookware provided. Having double washers & dryers was clutch for our giant group who swam every single day. We can't wait to come back!

House was absolutely gorgeous. Few minor things wrong upon arrival, which were reported as soon as we discovered them. Staff monitoring email was super responsive and quick!! Kids enjoyed the pool @ indoor theater, adults enjoyed the hot tub. Nighttime family fires were fun! This place has everything needed for a nice relaxing vacation and you don’t even need to leave the property. We had a total of 20 people, between 5 families. Fit everyone perfectly. Some ventured out and did things, others hung on to relax and read. Great vacation

Pictures don’t do this listing justice! We had 9 adults and 6 children ranging from 6 months to 8 years old and had plenty of space for all as well as an abundance of things to do. Great place, no complaints.

The pictures do not do this home justice! The attention to detail in decorating the home was not lost on my family— a very modern but yet rustic vibe is felt throughout the home. The rental has eight spacious bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen with all the kitchen tools/appliances needed to prepare the most basic or most gourmet meals. There’s also a breathtaking view from the large chair near the fire pit. Tons of intentionality in the decorating…The only negative comment (and it shouldn’t stop anyway from renting this beautiful home) is that we had an unexpected visitor our first morning; the pool guy arrived to check the pool and told us that he’d be back daily to check, which he never did. Two points: Railey should include language in all reservation agreements/details so renters aren’t surprised and if it’s daily or every other day or weekly then it should occur as planned since we waited in the house for the person to return for two mornings before we assumed he wasn’t coming back.

Thank you for your detailed review of our home Caland! We are pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed the attention to detail and the modern yet rustic ambiance throughout the property. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing the issue with the pool maintenance schedule to our attention. We would like to mention that we do state that the pool must be serviced daily in our rental agreement however we will reach out to our pool department to understand why they did not come back for the duration of your stay. We hope you had an enjoyable stay overall, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Madison, Railey Vacations
