About this property

Awesome home in Sjølund with sauna

A beautiful and well-maintained vacation home with sea view from the living room and terrace. The interior of the house is cozy and warmth is provided by a wood stove in the living room and a heat pump.

Kitchen and living room are in open connection, separated only by a kitchenette going into the room. There is an open roof ridge and large windows let a lot of light into the high space.

The four bedrooms are well furnished and the bathroom has a whirlpool tub for two.

The terrace is partially covered and here you can fully enjoy the panorama.

The house also has a nice garden with lawn and a hedge that goes around the property, so you can be undisturbed.



The vacation home is not far from Kolding with a nice city center and good shopping. Here are many attractions and a free play park with rowing boats, mini golf and much more.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus und würden es auch wieder buchen.Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien die man brauchen kann ausgestattet (fast etwas zuviel, 1-2 freie Schränke für die Vorräte wäre praktisch).Das restliche Ferienhaus ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch, aber dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet.Schön wäre eine Schaukel oder ein Klettergerüst im großen Garten, da es in der Anlage leider kein öffentlichen Spielplatz gibt.Schön wären auch Mückennetzte vor den Schlafzimmer- und Badezimmerfenster und der Lüftung im Bad.
