The most scenic area on the Limfjord can be found in the Skive area. Wide expanses of heath alternate with a fairytale landscape of lakes and hills. Child-friendly beaches along the most attractive vacation areas are inviting and many sights bear witness to an exciting past and a fascinating present. Hardly anywhere in Denmark can you find so many sights within a radius of half an hour's drive. Therefore, do not miss to visit the open-air museum Hjerl Hede. Also the amusement and flower park Jesperhus Blomsterpark is worth a visit and also Legoland is only 1 ½ hours drive away.
