Terrible place

I didn’t even stay in the place , was totally misled online with photos , the place looked like a dump , people setting outside by their doors , drinking beer , women walking around like prostitution, I took a loss on my money but there was no way I would have stayed in this place

Good stay

Was all in all a good stay room was clean. The only problem that we had was with the bedroom AC unit it was moldy so we contacted them about it and they sent someone out right away to clean it but it wasn’t cleaned all that good so we just didn’t use it But other than that we had a great time

Relaxing weekend away

Small but perfect for our girls weekend. Pool at the complex was great, just wish it was vacuumed more often. Conveniently located to beach access.

The only thing we weren't expecting was the amount of moisture and humidity that seemed to be present near the door as a constant. It wasn't a major inconvenience and there were moisture wicking bags and a dehumidifier in the rental so it was fine. We really enjoyed our time. My only "bad" comment would be I couldn't bring my dog. Otherwise, it was pretty great.

Our room smelled like marijuana the entire weekend. The smell was coming from either upstairs or next door. The wall unit air conditioner was moldy and made the room smell of black mold. I tried emailing the property contact and messaging them on VRBO, but they never responded. I actually feel as if the experience was terrible enough that I would request a full refund, but I am a decent person and will not. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Unless you like smelling pot smoke and cigarette smoke all day and night especially when you and your little ones are trying to sleep. Because my children did notice the nasty smell (pot smoke) and were coughing and gagging.

I loved my stay in this condo. Water pressure was lacking. When checking in the woman at the desk was a huge help considering I had not been given the code to get in the door of the condo. She contacted the owner for me.

Nice location, clean, that's about ut

The place was nice and clean, and the walk to the beach was very convenient. There were pots and pans as well as nice TVs in the condo, which was a plus. However, there is no view of the beach, nor is there a private balcony as described. The air conditioner in the bedroom was extremely noisy, making sleeping difficult. The shower had little to no water pressure, which did not make showers very enjoyable at all. There were also some obnoxious noises going on throughout the entire day for 2 days. I tried reaching out to the owner a few times, but did not get a response. I was not very pleased with our stay, but the location is definitely prime.

Nice Condo, but Management Glitch

This is a nice little 1st floor condo in a great location. Unfortunately, when we arrived for self check-in, the condo was not cleaned and ready for us, and it was quite some time before we could reach the manager or owner. Just as we had started looking for another place to stay, we heard back from the manager, who was very apologetic and said that someone was on their way to clean the unit. So... we needed to leave while the unit was cleaned and weren't able to check in til much later than planned. The manager promised a credit for our inconvenience, but it's been over 2 weeks since that conversation, and no credit has been issued. Based on other reviews, I'm guessing this is an unusual experience for this property, but it sure started our vacation off negatively...

Cockroaches, don't stay here

The place was infested with cockroaches. We immediately left the property when we realized and only stayed one night of a week long booking. We drove all the way back home to PA because we have a baby and we actually found one on him. We just couldn't stay any longer. I reached out to VRBO and the property manager/owner immediately and repeatedly for a refund and both parties refused. The property manager said I was either lying or brought the cockroaches in myself. Not a chance. Do yourself a favor and google the name of this realty company and read the reviews before you book! You will see what kind of place this really is. Lost a vacation and a bunch of money. Last time I go to SC and last time I book through VRBO.

Beach Vacation 2021

Great location with easy access to the beach. Great place to stay for 2 people. Would be nice if the bathroom had extra hooks to hang towels. Would stay again. We had no problems and staff were very friendly. Owners were great we had to change our reservation due to illness and they accommodated us. Thank you

Perfect for two people

Just by the beach

Unit was nice. It was clean and nicely decorated and as described in photos . It was just across the beach which was perfect for us and the pool was just outside the room which our kids loved. Cherry grove was a nice quite beach town away from the more crowded & hectic Myrtle beach proper area which worked better for us. We had some issue with the lock & WiFi but the manager responded pretty quick. Some suggestions for owner might be to have a small hair dryer and maybe a small iron & iron board. Also some more hooks to hang wet towels. Between a family of four using the bathroom towels and our own beach towels everyday we didn’t have enough places to hand up our wet towels.

Fun Family Vacation! Great location!

We loved this little condo by the beach! Great location right across the street from the beach! Not crowded! We had friendly neighbors and loved the pool! Beds were comfortable and a short walk to the Cherry Grove pier. Only issue we had was with the door. Figured out that you have to pull on it for it to lock and unlock or it gets stuck. We really loved the place! Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We would love to come back sometime.

Beach Experience

I really enjoyed having a very short walk to the beach. Having the pool right outside the room was also a plus too. The bed linens and towels were very clean. When you lay down in bed you could smell the laundry detergent on the bedding. The overall experience we had was good. We did experience some internet issues that were hard to resolve since there wasn’t a router located in the room. The internet was very spotted and only worked in certain locations in the room. When I contacted the host about the internet issues they did try to resolve the issue for me. Without having a router in the room the issue couldn’t be fixed. The other thing that we found was no matter how many times we swept the floor we found it to be a little dirty. I think if a mop would have been supplied the floor wouldn’t have been an issue for me.
