With its breathtaking view of the bay and the citadel of Calvi, the villa is located on a magnificent flowery and wooded site with swimming pool at the foot of the mountains and less than 2 kilometres from the beach, 4 km from the historic heart of Calvi and 7 km from the airport.

Close to the GR20, the old villages of Balagne, ideally located for water activities, hiking and festive atmosphere all summer long on the port of Calvi

You will stay in this natural setting with a view of the sea.

On the ground floor you will find a living room (30 m2 equipped with a video projector with sound system) with direct access to the swimming pool, 2 master suites with dressing room and TV, 2 children's bedrooms with 2 twin beds, 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and plenty of storage.

Around the heated swimming pool of 8mx4m you will find deckchairs, garden furniture, toilet and shower.

On the ground floor of the villa you will find a large American kitchen of 40 m2 (with a small living room with its TV) fully equipped with its pantry opening directly onto a terrace (45 m2) fully equipped for all holidaymakers with garden furniture, tables, chairs, plancha, deckchair... You will also find 2 master suites with dressing room and TV as well as a bathroom and a toilet

For activities, you have a ping pong table and a petanque area.
