Tastefully decorated condo ideally situated in beautiful North Scottsdale! Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet, and a shared bathroom with two sinks. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with an adjacent dining area for four. The living room features a 50-inch Roku TV with cable TV as well. There are two enclosed patios, one for two and one for four. Guests also have access to the community pools, spas, sauna, gym, BBQs, and clubhouse.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was unique, with a door between the two bedrooms, but it wasn’t an issue. The bathroom was nice with the double sinks and vanities and large garden tub. The bedroom closets were nice-sized, too, and complete with multiple hangers so it was easy to stow away our luggage and hang up clothing.

Spacious, Clean and Lovely!

This condo was very clean, furnishings were lovely and it was very well-maintained. The master bed is the only one I used during my stay and it was extremely comfortable. Very good layout with separate spaces to eat and socialize/watch TV. Very close to pool/workout facility.

Great Location and loved the pool

Nice property in a great location. Easy to drive to all the great restaurants and shopping. You could also walk to groceries and places to eat. Pool and clubhouse was very nice. The master bedroom was really nice. The second bedroom was much smaller with no dresser or hangers for clothes , so we just moved some from the master.

Enjoyed my short stay

Very well-appointed & well-maintained 2BR/1BA unit. Cleanliness was pristine. Plenty of silverware & dishes, bathroom was stocked with several different sizes of towels, and the bathtub is huge. Kitchen also had everything I needed and the complex is in a great location near all the hotspots in Scottsdale. Enjoyed the few days I spent here as the complex was quiet and ultra clean.

Great Place!

My son and I stayed here for a baseball tournament because it was centrally located between all the fields. I am extremely picky about cleanliness and this place was spotless! I own an STR myself so I look for things like pillow and mattress covers, extra towels, etc. We had everything we could have needed and the washer and dryer was very useful in washing my son's uniform for the next day's games. It was conveniently close to lots of shops but felt very private and quite. I would definitely stay here again.

Oasis in the Desert

The measure of a stellar host can be taken through their level of responsiveness and support when you experience a hiccup. A small issue on check-in was addressed extremely promptly, with a high level of professionalism. David went to great lengths to accommodate and made it right. A quiet, well-appointed unit close to the complex pool area and a short walk to shopping, absolutely would recommend to family/friends.

Convenient place

Overall nice condo in Scottsdale with decent gym, pool and hot tub. Probably should have asked for late check out. On check out day cleaners there before 10am check out time, so mad rush to get family, luggage, and everything out of condo. Usually a little buffer on check out day if set as early as 10am knowing that next guests won’t check in until 3-4 pm

The place was in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I can say is the condo complex is confusing. It would have been great to have a map so we knew where we were coming in different entrances! Just a minor problem and would certainly use the condo again if ever in Phoenix
