This beautiful, modern holiday home is situated in a fenced-in courtyard above the town of Crikvenica, offering stunning views of the sea and the town. The ground floor is spacious and features a modern kitchen with a dining area and a living room, where there is a large sofa for relaxing. The living and dining areas are separated by a modern fireplace. From the living room, you have direct access to the pool and terrace, which is furnished with high-quality garden furniture – the perfect spot to enjoy the best moments of your holiday. On the sun loungers by the pool, you can enjoy the sunshine and the Mediterranean climate in the company of family and friends, or even on your own with a good book and refreshing drinks. An internal staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor of the house, where there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, whilst the attic – with a minimum ceiling height of 100 cm – contains a further bedroom and a bathroom. In the basement, you’ll find a sauna and a playroom for children. Next to the house is a double garage which is available for use. During the summer, Crikvenica hosts numerous events and restaurants offering a wide variety of local culinary specialities. From Crikvenica, it is very easy to reach the cities of Rijeka and Opatija by car, as well as the neighbouring island of Krk, which boasts a wealth of attractions, natural beauty and beaches.
