This fully renovated former wine cellar offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway for the whole family in the heart of the countryside!<br>The cottage faces south and overlooks the woods, so you can easily head out onto the hiking trails or go for your morning jog!<br>Here you can get some fresh air, enjoy the peace and quiet, and don’t forget the spacious pool!!!<br>Ideal for lovers of nature, the countryside, and the great outdoors!!!<br><br>All the rooms in the cottage face south and open onto the terrace that runs along the property. The cottage is on one level, very bright, and tastefully furnished and decorated.<br><br>Inside:<br><br>It features a large, bright kitchen and dining room with terracotta tiles.<br><br>There are 5 bedrooms in total, arranged as follows:<br>- Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with a double bed, accessible for people with limited mobility, featuring an en suite bathroom/toilet with a walk-in shower<br>- Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in shower, and its own private bathroom and toilet<br>- Bedroom 3: Children’s room with two single beds and its own bathroom/toilet<br>The cottage also features a laundry room with a washing machine.<br><br>Outdoors:<br><br>- Terrace, patio furniture<br>- Garden<br>- Pool<br>- Petanque court<br>- Swing<br>Access to the cottage is via a private road, and there is a parking space in front of the property.<br><br>Good to know:<br>Sheets are provided, but we ask that you bring your own face towels and bath towels.<br><br>Shops:<br><br>Shops (bakery, etc.) and supermarkets are located 10 minutes from the cottage.<br>You’ll also have the opportunity to explore our local weekly markets in the surrounding area (Mondays in Duras, Tuesdays in Sauveterre, Fridays in Monségur, and Saturdays in La Réole)<br><br>Sightseeing and activities: <br><br>We’re located at the junction of the Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne departments, very close to the Dordogne. This location offers an endless array of things to discover!!! <br>For example, you can visit the nearby bastides and villages such as Monségur, La Réole, Sauveterre de Guyenne, Blasimon, and Meilhan-sur-Garonne...<br>And don’t miss the region’s castles, such as those in Duras, Nérac, and Bonaguil in Lot-et-Garonne, or Villandraut, Roquetaillade (Mazères), and Malromé (Toulouse-Lautrec’s former home in Saint-André-du-Bois) in Gironde.<br><br>You’ll have the chance to cool off in the cottage’s pool, as well as in the region’s lakes (Fontet, Blasimon, Casteljaloux) or at the developed beaches along the Garonne River (Marmande) or the Lot River (Clairac, Castelmoron-sur-Lot).<br><br>Finally, we recommend exploring our magnificent rivers by canoeing on the Garonne, the Dropt, or the Lot. <br>You can also get a bird’s-eye view by trying a tree-top adventure course in Sainte Colombe de Duras, or go for a bike ride along the Garonne Canal or towards Bordeaux on the Roger Lapébie bike path!<br><br>As you can see, there’s no shortage of outdoor activities and sightseeing opportunities in our beautiful region!!!<br><br>
