This fantastic apartment is located just 10 minutes away from Disneyland Paris. It is situated across from the well-manicured lawns of Parc du Géntoy, with the Bussy-Saint-Georges train station just a 5-minute walk away. The surrounding area offers a variety of eateries, a Carrefour supermarket, and Asian speciality stores. The apartment is situated on the second floor and can be accessed by an elevator. It spans 50 square meters and features two bedrooms, an open living area with a kitchen, and a bathroom.

In the living area, natural sunlight floods from the large window. The space is well-appointed and fully furnished, with plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax and unwind. A TV and a variety of board games to keep you entertained throughout your stay.

A small, open kitchen that's adequately equipped and capable of cooking full meals with plenty of counter space to do meal prep; there's a small dining table for guests to enjoy meals, as well.

Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and storage. Clean linens are provided to ensure a comfortable's night rest.

The bathroom has everything to help you freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Bussy-Saint-Georges, located in the Île-de-France region of France, is a vibrant suburb known for its pleasant atmosphere and proximity to Paris. The area is famous for its picturesque surroundings, including the beautiful Bussy-Saint-Martin Castle and the tranquil Ferme du Buisson cultural centre. Visitors can enjoy various outdoor activities, such as strolling along the Marne River or exploring the nearby Val d'Europe shopping district with its popular outlet stores.

Bussy-Saint-Georges is conveniently located near several attractions, including Disneyland Paris, which is only a 10-minute drive away from the apartment. Visitors can easily access the Val d'Europe shopping centre, Village Nature, Parrot Park, Sea Life, and the Village Outlet, all of which are in close proximity.

By car, Bussy-Saint-Georges is approximately 35 kilometres east of Paris, and it takes around 40 minutes to reach by train, making it a convenient day trip or a base for exploring the region.

- Alternatively, from Bussy-Saint-Georges, it'll take you 30 minutes by RER (Line A)
- Depending on traffic conditions, it'll take you 20 minutes by car to Charles De Gaulle Airport.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
