Semi-detached house in a quiet location in Novi Vinodolski. Built in 1913 and restored in 2013 in a modern style, while also retaining a touch of tradition. The house is spread over two floors. The first floor has kitchen and dining room, while on the 1st floor there are bedrooms and a bathroom. In front of the house on the small but inviting plot are deck chairs, perfect for relaxing with a good book and a refreshing drink. The city center and the beaches can be reached on foot. The beaches in Novi Vinodolski are beautiful and suitable for all ages. The owner will make every effort to find you a free parking space nearby.
