VILLA SANA VIDA  (The House of Healthy Living).  Be engulfed in the luxury of our new Balinese home overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the tropical jungle. Excellent location with easy access  -- 10 minutes to Uvita and some of the best restaurants in Costa Rica. Enjoy the abundant wildlife that visit the property daily. 

The infinity edge pool overlooks the ocean with incredible sunset views. Large covered outdoor living and dining space with the gourmet kitchen opening up to this outdoor area where you can listen the sound of the jungle. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main home it comfortably sleeps six. The spacious king size master bedroom with a stunning stone vanity and an indoor-outdoor shower allowing you to enjoy the sounds of the jungle. The second bedroom has a queen bed with private views of the ocean and a bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds That can be converted to a king.
The 4th Bedroom casita is attached by the exterior deck and is a 2 story apartment style villa. It boasts its own Master suite with walk out shower and stone tub on the lower level. The upper level has a private kitchen and living/dining area with an abundance of covered decking overlooking the ocean and amazing sunsets. All bedrooms have air conditioning to cool you off on those hot days. THIS HOME IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL CHILDREN UNDER 3.

* Maid Service every other day. Don’t worry about doing dishes or making your bed! You’re on vacation, let our team do the “dirty work”.

* Offering transfer from SJO airport for up to 8, and free rental car delivery and pickup at the house. For stays of 7 nights or more, the transfers are discounted 50% to only $270 (1-5 guests) or $310 (6-9 guests) Please ask for this service!!
* We can arrange a car with free delivery to the house, please ask for it and we will get a quote for you! NO STRESS NO LINES!!!

Our Beach: 
Hidden from your view by the jungle’s tree line is the gated access beach where you’ll spend time on the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica. A short trip down the hill will have you at the exclusive, gated entrance to the Ballena National Marine Park Beach. Merely park at the creek water's edge and walk 50 yards to the beach. The convenience is impossible to explain. From here you will experience the beauty of this wide 3-mile stretch of beach. Exercise, or take long peaceful walks, enjoy the modest waves in this sand bottom beach, or just bask in the sun. At days end, a spectacular sunset awaits you. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs, giant beach towels and boogie boards will go a long way toward making your day at this soft sand beach perfect in every way. Please don’t be surprised if you don’t see anyone else at this beach. The solitude here is simply stunning and our access to this beach is as exclusive as the house you are living in. Every day your group will experience early sunrises and fantastic sunsets beset with toucans, parrots and howler monkeys enjoying their lives in the jungle.

Area excursions include whale and dolphin tours, zip lining and canopy tours, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, hiking, Nauyaca Falls, world-famous beaches, surfing, wildlife tours, river rafting, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, bird watching, golf, horseback riding, festivals, and more. The Dominical/Uvita area also offers various yoga classes, retreats, and spas. We can make all reservations for you.

We offer full concierge service to assist you with tours, activities, car rentals, airport transport, restaurant reservations and any other information about the area. We can even arrange grocery shopping, a private chef or catering of your choice. Amenities include, 2 Smart TVs, WiFi, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 2 washers/dryers, gas outdoor BBQ, all linens and bathroom, beach and pool towels.  For your private beach enjoyment we provide boogie boards, beach chairs.

Villa Sana Vida is located in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica, approximately a three and one-half hour drive from SJO Airport, and forty-five minutes south of the Quepos Airport. Villa Sana Vida is easily accessible from the Costanera Highway, only a short one-minute drive up the road.. Please note that roads in Costa Rica are often unpaved and a four-wheel drive vehicle is necessary for getting around and for access to the house. For ease of travel, airport transfers by private car can be pre-arranged to bring you directly to the villa and a rental car brought to you at the residence for you during your stay.
