The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house. Parking spaces in front of the house are subject to availability or free public parking nearby.

Air conditioning. The air conditioning is on a card (chip card) and is charged at €1 per hour depending on usage. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. TV reception is via satellite.
