Holiday apartments KVA RAC 257, 258, and 261 (each for 7 people), KVA RAC 259 (5 people), KVA RAC 260 (8 people), and KVA RAC 262 (6 people) are in the same house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property. Additional parking spaces are located in a small pine forest next to the house on the property.

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand. Die Lage war auf der einen Seite ruhig mit direkt angeschlossenem Lebensmittelladen oberhalb der Stadt. Daraus ergaben sich aber auch etwa 70 Höhenmeter, welche zwar Bergab gut zu bewerkstelligen waren aber der Rückweg doch anstregender machte, als im Vorfeld gedacht. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in einem angrenzendem Waldstück sind zwar vorhanden, man sollte sich aber im klaren darüber sein, dass es dadurch keine separat abgesperrten oder gepflasterte Parkbuchten gibt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat sich all unsere Fragen und Wünsche angenommen. Der Kühlschrank sollte aber mal ausgetauscht werden - die Kühlleistung war sehr schlecht.
