In the greenery of the quiet hamlet of Epinel, about 4 km from Cogne, this vacation apartment is located in a building in front of a beautiful larch forest. From panoramic balconies you can enjoy the beautiful view of the valley. A little higher, the Cogne basin is located at 1,534 m above sea level in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park, with the characteristic village of Cogne and the large meadow of Sant'Orso surrounded by coniferous forests. Cogne, the queen of cross-country skiing, offers more than 70 km of slopes that wind under the peaks of Grivola and Gran Paradiso, known to cross-country skiing and trekking lovers in the summer months. However, the beautiful views can be enjoyed without skis, along the footpaths that run along the slopes or with horse-drawn sleigh rides.

Abbastanza buona

la casa non era proprio come nelle foto ma alla fine funzionava tutto. Devo dire che la padrona è stata disponibile sempre, ogni volta che la chiamavo arrivava a risolverci il problema. Qualche appunto sulla pulizia, decisamente scarsa. Ma ripeto, siamo stati bene e la disponibilità della padrona ha reso il soggiorno piacevole.

Altmodische und unpraktische Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist alt,hässlich und unpraktisch.Als Dusche dient eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang.Richtiges Duschen unmöglich,da Bad komplett nassgespritzt.Föhnen nur im Flur bei Dämmerlicht mit 2 Meter Abstand zum Spiegel möglich.Wohnung kalt,Ofen vorhanden aber kein Holz.Zugang zum Haus und seine Umgebung vergammelt.Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Beziehung.Der Ort,der zur Schlüsselübergabe angegeben war wurde nicht eingehalten.Wir mussten das Haus im Nachbarort von Cogne selbst suchen.Nie würde ich diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
