Property owner NEVER communicate with us about check-in and check-out instructions, although I sent her 4 different messages! She didn’t write in the app, the complete house address and when we clicked on “Get instructions”, it didn’t guide us to the house 511. We couldn’t find it and at the last minute had to book somewhere else, it was 10 pm already… The Vrbo team is working on give us our money back.
