If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! Recently updated with all NEW windows and sliding glass doors! This beautifully decorated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of living space with vinyl plank flooring throughout the living/dining areas and brand-new sheers and black out curtains in every room. It offers 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit. Each bedroom has a King bed, its own full bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The living room also features a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

The condo was wonderful and very spacious. It was clean and quiet other than the construction currently going on but that's temporary. It is definitely where I plan to stay from now on when we go to the beach!

Great vacation!

The experience was great, as we have come to expect from these condos. I really appreciated the communication i received related to the storm that came in toward the end of our stay. One small note I have is more wall hooks in the master bed/bath rooms would be tremendously helpful.

This condo had the best views and layout of any we’ve stayed in. I wasn’t crazy about the construction going on on the ground level and the condo is in the process of being updated. Overall great trip.

The property was just as I thought it would be based on the listing. We all really enjoyed the beach views throughout the condo. It was easy to get down to the beach and the check-in process was a breeze. The property manager was very responsive and super kind during our stay. I would recommend this condo and will definitely look into staying here again.

It’s on the quite end of the beach but still close to everything. I highly recommend it!

With the condos only being eight floors there’s never a wait for the elevator. Each unit I have stayed in has always been very clean and very tastefully decorated. I hope to come back to stay at see Chase over and over. It also helps that the location on the strip does not have as much traffic.

There are always the small little maintenance things that need to be handled but that's normal in rentals. We love this complex and how small it is. It's very appealing to us that it doesn't have a lot of amenities so it does not generally attract a lot of families with children. It just makes for a quieter more relaxing vacation. We didn't try any of the discounted Adventures but we thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Seachase!!! The location on the quieter west end was perfect. It was close to Wynn Dixie and a great little beach store. The beach was pristine, with softer sand than what’s been brought in at Pier Park / Dog Beach. The complex was very quiet; we only heard noise early one AM and it may have been happenings on Front Beach Rd. The pool is small, so that was disappointing, but we just enjoyed the beach each day. Since this complex only has 8 stories, the beach wasn't crowded at all, so that was absolutely wonderful!!! The unit was clean and exactly as it was pictured. They had the fastest internet which was great!! Beds were older and a bit bouncy, but comfortable enough. We loved the beach views throughout the entire condo. They just started replacing all of the glass windows/doors, so that should definitely help with the hot afternoon sun. (The a/c kept up nicely, but the guest bedroom was warmer than the rest of the unit for some reason. All rooms have ceiling fans, but they also had a few box fans, so that was nice.) We most enjoyed the balcony - great setup!!! The bathrooms are overdue for a renovation and the master shower was extremely lacking in water pressure. Replacing/eliminating the bedroom carpet would also be nice. However, overall, everything was absolutely fantastic and we plan to stay here again!!!!! Definitely recommend!

Convenient Cozy Beach Condo

Reviewer Comments: We were given the option to stay here when the complex we typically stay in down the street was under construction and no longer available. We seek out smaller, older complexes that are less crowded but still convenient to restaurants/shops so this place fit the bill. We never stay in the big high rise places. We never had to wait on an elevator, had plenty of parking, and the place was clean and felt cozy. We were pleasantly surprised when we got inside! The brand new windows/sliding doors were great and easy to use unlike many of the old ones in places around here. The king bed on the left side of the condo was comfortable and we appreciated the double vanity and good lighting in the bathroom. The kitchen was stocked full of supplies and was large. I was surprised to find the washer and dryer were so clean! The living room was the most updated area of the condo with new nice clean comfortable furniture. TV’s and wifi worked well for watching Netflix etc. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! I will say for people considering staying here, remember this is an older complex so don’t expect to stay in super modern fancy rooms. We wanted something on the beach, convenient, and most importantly clean and that’s what it was! If I had to give any recommendations for the owners, I’d recommend installing new quieter fans in the bedrooms and maybe freshening things up with new paint, especially to cover up the little bit of staining on the ceilings.
