Comfortable 3-room apartment of 33m² consisting of an entrance, bathroom (bath) and separate WC, an equipped kitchen area (top fridge, dishwasher, electric hob, SENSEO coffee maker, kettle, microwave, small oven), an air-conditioned living room (TV, double sofa bed 80x200cm). Finally you will find a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a bedroom with 2 80x190cm beds and storage. Additional storage in the hallway with washing machine (in cupboard). Our crush on this apartment ends with the superb 12m² terrace and its unobstructed view of the Canigou, the Albères and the Canet pond!!! An ideal place to enjoy the sunset with a view of the mountains!!! Free street parking. Secure parking space rental at an additional cost depending on availability. COMMON SWIMMING POOL: open from mid-April to the end of September, subject to the prefectural drought decree Beach 50m away, shops and restaurants at the foot of the residence! Optional services: end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental, linen rental (sheets and towels, supplement €15/bed) and parking rental (from €50 to €70 depending on availability) Property managed by a professional.
