I'm am and engineer, a designer and own a real estate investment company. The WCI Group (West Coast Investment Group) based in Santa Monica. We have lived in the locally here for 21 years. But mostly I'm a dad, husband and coach for my sons youth football teams!

Why they chose this property

We are a little picky on who we rent to. We want to make sure the neighbors are not disturbed so we don't allow parties or loud renters. Its a fun area and a great street. We want to keep it this way. Please Send me a message and 99% of the time it works out!

What makes this property unique

This is one of the best beach houses you can rent. The location is very special. The ocean is on the west side of the house and the Venice Canals are on the east side of the house. So it has water on both sides of the house. The street it is on is one of the best street in all of Santa Monica, Venice and Marina Del Rey. It is clean, bright, quite with no traffic, yet it is close to the action with restaurants, shops and the start of the Venice boardwalk just 4 blocks away. The beach in front of the house is equally wonderful. It is wide enough with ample sand for sandcastle building, multiple volleyball courts ready for action, life guard towers to keep us safe, and a current that is safe but also great for boogie boarding!
