American kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 children beds. Bathroom with bathtub with shower and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 350 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
