No hurricane damage, beautiful beaches and open restaurants. Our reviews say it all! Guests love Surfside Paradise #6, with its open, accessible floor plan (including an elevator), fenced backyard, EV charging station, and spacious balconies with Gulf views. The beach is a short, very safe walk from the house (less than 10 minutes) with no roads to cross.

Or ask us about renting our custom golf cart at a discounted rate to get your crew and your beach gear out the door and onto the sand!

From the gleaming gourmet-ready kitchen to the marble shower, this rental presents a higher-end Gulf Coast retreat that’s just a short stroll to the sand and surf. (Check out our images to get a better sense of the distance!)

Accessible features include an elevator, a shower with handlebars, and lowered sinks. The minimum door width for all downstairs doors is 30.5 inches.

Traveling with a large group? We also have five other identical properties if you need more space or if this one is reserved. Bring your pup, too! We're dog friendly with a $100 pet fee, and they love our big, fully fenced and grassy backyard.

We have a NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric vehicles to fast charge at no additional cost. Just remember to bring your charging cable.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Gulf views greet you on the sweeping 300 sq. ft. balcony. Sink into comfortable wicker furniture with a cold beverage in the sea-salt breeze. The romantic upper balcony overlooks Swan Lake, and the extended concrete slab below the house is perfect for entertaining—the grill/smoker combo is ready and waiting.

COASTAL CHIC

Here in Surfside, you get the best of both worlds: a laid-back beach town and a luxe beach house to come back to after a day of exploring. This newer build has everything you need to feel right at home!

Preparing a group dinner is a breeze in the roomy kitchen with stainless appliances. Pull up a seat to chat with the chef at the granite island. With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water (this is important in Surfside because the water has a high mineral concentration, which can affect the taste).

The open-concept living room beckons just beyond with a gray sectional couch and a big smart TV. Choose from Netflix or YouTube TV for a relaxing movie night.

3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS

Each of the three bedrooms has its own flat screen TV!

The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed that is low-profile for easy access, and an attached bath with a shower detailed in luminous marble. This bathroom is also accessible to the living and dining area.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a shared full bath with a roomy walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed + a twin-over-twin bunk set (sleeps 4). The other has a queen bed + a twin trundle daybed (sleeps 4).

Your Surfside Beach stay will be seamless: A full laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower add to the amenities. Beach gear galore lets you make the most of our excellent Gulf-side location!

Great location there also was a surfboard rental and coffee shop right across during our stay. Nice for my parents with the elevator access. Two elevated patios were nice to soak up the sun. Enjoyed our stay here made some great memories.

Family's first beach vacation.

While ive stayed at surfside before, my family has not and for several of them this is a first time at a beach. My family loved the house, the location and the whole trip. This was amazing stay.

This location is fabulous and the #1 reason to stay here! This was our first stay in Surfside and we felt it was the perfect location. On Ocean for vehicle beach access. Very close to restaurants. House was accessible for those with disabilities, elevator was a blessing. Had outdoor cameras for our safety. Kitchen had all the basics and then some. Lots of sleeping and seating options. We brought our pups and loved having fenced yard. We stayed in October bring mosquito repellent for evenings on the fabulous deck and back yard. Beach towels and equipment provided. Full size washer and dryer easy to use.

Amazing! This was the perfect retreat for a short weekend getaway. The house has everything you need, so pack light. It was super clean, spacious and smelled fresh and clean. They have board games that we put to use for family game night. We also made sure to make use of the Cornhole Boards while enjoying the ground space. The elevator was great while unloading and loading items. My father was able to come visit for a day and have easy access with the elevator. He is disabled, so it was great for him to enjoy the house as well. Thank you for amazing accommodations.

We found the house to be wonderful. We all were totally pleased with all the amenities. There were 4 ladies between the ages of 65 - 75. The elevator was a big plus. We will definitely come back. The owners were easy to talk to and helpful. The beaches are at the end of the street. It just Can’t get any better.

Relaxing Get-a-way

Darling house with everything we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Hopefully, this will become our Thanksgiving tradition! The hosts were awesome, very available and so kind. Thank you for a much needed visit to the beach!

Perfect beach house location

This was our second time staying at the property and loved it just as much as the first time. The house is walking distance to the beach and restaurants in the area. The elevator is perfect for helping access the house and adding the golf cart makes driving around the island a breeze. Highly recommend

If the weather would have cooperated, this would have been a great vacation. The very last day of our stay, the sun finally decided to shine. Property was tidy and the elevator made access easy for hauling luggage handicapped wife.

Perfect location!

This is our second stay at Surfside Paradise, and won’t be our last! We love this house! Centrally located to several restaurants, coffee and tea shop (across the street) liquor store and the beach! The house is roomy and comfy! The Britt family has covered every detail and great communication. Our top favorites with Surfside Paradise is the lift and the whole house water filtration.Can’t wait to visit again!

Surfside beach trip

This property was perfect for our family! The lift & grab bars in the bathrooms made it easy for my 91 yr old mom to be with us. We even took her in the wheelchair on the beach and she got to experience the surf on her feet! There were plenty of dishes to use for cooking, towels to take to the beach and sitting out on the porch was amazing! The sunsets are beautiful💜

Fabulous get away

The house was just as pictured. Very clean and well supplied. Golf cart was a must. Loved the shower downstairs to wash off sand. Two patios were great. One for our teens upstairs and one for us. We will be back!

Nice house with convenient elevator

Loved the house! My kids especially loved playing cornhole with the set they have at the house. There's a really nice fenced yard. The only drawback for us was that the house sits on a road that serves as an entrance to the beach and on Sunday there were a lot of cars driving up and down the road. If that doesn't bother you, then this is the perfect house.

Getaway!

There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't already there. The elavator was such a blessing for my husband and dog! Loved how the stairs went straight into the backyard so that our four legged daughter was able to enjoy all levels of this house by herself if she wanted. Location was great for people watching! Had great neighbors as well. Even though the weather was not in our favor, we were able to decompress inside just as well as outside. We stayed from Sunday to Sunday, rented the golf cart (6 seater), so we could go anywhere we wanted to. We are looking forward to renting this place again!
