The proximity to the sea (1 km, also accessible on foot) also ensures a perfect holiday feeling. Relax on the beach of the Marina di Sorso coast. Nearby, you can visit the town of Sassari (10 km) and its beautiful Piazza dItalia. The town of Castelsardo (21 km) is also an interesting excursion destination.

Tolle Lage, super Vermieter, viel Platz und Ruhe

Das Haus liegt in einem Privatareal und ist damit sehr ruhig. Zum Strand fährt man etwa zwei Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Inventar ist inseltypisch herunter gekommen. Aber es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist der Knaller. Reinbrsprngen, Runden schwimmen. Nur mit kleinen Kindern eine Herausforderung, dass sie nicht reinfallen. Er ist etwa 1:30 m tief! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Sorso (10 Autominuten) und Porto Torres (20 Minuten) vorhanden.

De belles vacances

Logement conforme à l'attendu. Le propriétaire ne parle qu'italien mais nous avons pu nous débrouiller avec Google trad ! Il donne rdv à un restaurant proche du lieu de la résidence, car difficile à trouver même avec GPS. Très sympathique, par contre avait tendance à venir sur le terrain pendant notre absence (pour ranger, vider les poubelles ce qui est gentil mais nous aurions préféré sans !) . Petits bémols, la résidence est sous vidéo surveillance (nous n'étions pas au courant avant de venir), et la piscine un peu sale malgré le passage d'une machine nettoyante avant notre arrivée (mais pas au point d'empêcher de se baigner, juste un peu de sable et feuilles au fond !). Quelques beaux endroits proches de cette résidence (castelsardo, Alghero à 45mn de voiture, sassari 20mn). Le logement en lui meme était propre et nous avons apprécié la clim. En bref un très bon séjour
