The detached holiday home, built in 1991 and renovated in 2021, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and a Hollywood swing.


Location
Harkány. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.

. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property. We provide our guests with a parking card that allows free parking throughout the Harkány area.

We have the right to use the card found in the park in Harkány.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is at ground level, and leads directly into the living kitchen.
Ground floor: Living room with TV and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and tumble dryer. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate WC with toilet.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
