The cosy living room has a TV and a large balcony that can also be accessed from the 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped.

From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun and a beautiful view of the Tracouet piste in Nendaz.

The building has a lift and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (with coins).

The apartment is located opposite the ice rink and the playground and very close to the sledge run.
Access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter.
Fireplace can not be used. There is no space for a baby cot in the bedrooms.
Please note: the swimming pool in the building is permanently closed.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
There are neighbours living in the building all year round, therefore bachelor/bachelorette parties and other noisy celebrations are not permitted. We thank you in advance for respecting this.
