The Landrun Cottage is a fully renovated 3 BED/ 2 BATH 1910 home. It is cozy and welcoming yet spacious. It has the character and beauty of a victorian era home, with modern amenities. The Landrun Cottage is deep cleaned and sanitized between each guest. The home is located a few blocks from Historic downtown Guthrie. Guthrie is a popular place to stay for those visiting Stillwater and Oklahoma City. We are 15 minutes away to the Lazy E Arena and within 30 min. of many wedding venues.

This home is a 3 BED (2 QUEEN/ 1 KING) 2 BATH. It has the charm of the original woodwork and layout and the convenience of modern amenities. You will love spending time on our patio during your stay. There are plenty of seating options as well as a table and umbrella if you wish to eat outside. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms as well as noise machines and air filters. We also have a QUEEN SIZED AIR MATTRESS with additional linens for groups of UP TO 8 people INCLUDING CHILDREN.

Guests have full access to the home with the exception of owner closets, the basement and detached building unless permission was previously granted.

We can be available for any need and are within 20 minutes of the property. We are available by phone from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. or text anytime.

This property is the cutest cottage!! We loved everything about it. Check in was a breeze and our host was so accommodating. We arrived a bit early and when we asked if we could go ahead and park one of the vehicles there our host said the property is ready so go on in!! I would definitely recommend this house and host!!

Great Guthrie Stay

Had a girls weekend so chose Landrun Cottage. House was very clean and had a lot of space and amenities. You will not be disappointed if you book the Landrun Cottage for your Guthrie stay!

Little Britches Rodeo Finals Stay

It was our second visit to the Landrum Cottage. It is a great location- within walking distance to downtown the accommodations are lovely and everything that you might need is provided. We will be back in town next summer for Junior High Rodeo Finals and hope to stay there again.

Great home with lots of space - bigger than it looks in photos. Excellent neighborhood and amazing location if you are attending a wedding at Old Dominion Home. Lots of nice welcoming touches too!

Ideal space and location

We were in town for a family wedding that ended up being 2 blocks from the house. It was a roomy space with everything we could have wanted/needed. SO much better than a hotel. Loved it!

What a treasure!

We stayed at the Landrun Cottage to attend a wedding in Guthrie. The location was terrific for our needs as it was so close to downtown and all of our events! The cottage was just perfectly clean and cozy. Everything we needed was supplied and more! The check-in and check-out was so smooth snd the owner was very accessible in communication. We will definitely be back to explore Guthrie more when we don’t have wedding craziness and will definitely stay at Landrun again!

Fabulous home away from home!

Land Run Cottage is perfection! Charming cottage with all the amenities you need. Such a convenient location whether your destination is north, south, east or west of Guthrie. Four sisters enjoyed a week of brunch on the patio, crafting at the beautiful dining room table, cooking meals in the very well equipped kitchen and enjoying treats our host left for us. All the "extras" were included and communication was super awesome. Audrey is definitely a 5-star host and the cottage could not have been any better. Thank you for making our stay just fabulous!

Beautiful home in Guthrie

I stayed in Guthrie to attend a wedding at Merrick Hollow. My favorite part of the stay was sitting on the deck with my morning coffee, enjoying listening to the many birds singing during my prayer time. The middle of the night train noise interrupted my sleep on the first night, but after that I just slept through it. I enjoyed the visit, and also the opportunity to host some of the wedding party the night before the wedding due to proximity to Merrick Hollow.

Landrun Home

The property was very nice. They had decorated all the rooms very nice. The snacks and coffee they provided was excellent. If I had a complaint it was about the beds. It was advertised as a King and 3 queens. They didnt tell us that one was a blow up mattress. Didn't work for us. But overall great place to stay with a smaller group, I don't feel 8 would be comfortable there.

Perfect balance between convenience and nostalgia

Just for starters, upon first impression of the house, it was absolutely darling. Cute layout, nostalgic original pieces of the home, clean and very well furnished. It even had sound machines in every room for those people that don’t like quiet. We stayed for 3 nights total and had no issue other than the heater decided to quit on us. We got back late from an event and they came and fixed it that night, as well as brought space heaters to make sure we warmed up fast. Overall, really functional house with a Guthrie feel and touch.

Great hospitality!

The house was very clean and easy to get to from i35. We came from an OSU game, was about 35 min. The house was wonderful, easy to get to and very good communication from the owner. We will stay here again and would recommend to others. Our girls felt comfortable there as well. It was a re done old house, which was also pretty neat. It was done right and the perfect VRBO.

This fully-renovated house was one of the best houses our family has stayed in! The upmost cleanliness, old-to-new charm, comfortable beds, and hospitable touches made this place perfect for our crew of four to enjoy a two-night stay in Guthrie. The house was clean, comfortable, and met all our wants and needs. My extended family have rented VRBO’s and the hosts were the easiest to deal with, had amazing personal touches for our family, and fast getting back to me or even sent messages before i asked questions! Couldn’t have been better!

If planning a trip to Guthrie, Landrun Cottage is a perfect place to set up shop for the duration of your trip. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, nicely equipped, and the added touch of complementary goodies with some local offerings made us feel welcomed. Hosts were very kind and responsive to any requests/needs. We highly recommend the property and would definitely book again!

My family and I fell in love with this gorgeous 1910 home and knew this home is where we wanted to start our journey. This house has so much charm and unique features that are original to the era--and the house. Two of our favorite features of this home are the original hardwood floors that we restored and the working tandem windows in one of the bedrooms and the main bathroom. The property is managed by our daughter Audrey.

The Landrun Cottage is conveniently located just a short 18 minute drive from the Lazy E arena and within 5 blocks of historic downtown Guthrie. We are also 30 minutes from Stillwater, OK.
