Beautifully furnished cottage with good standard and panoramic views of Lake Flåren. Situated in an open landscape and Flattinge. Cozy covered terrace. 3 bedrooms. 200 m to the lake with plenty of fish (walleye) with boat, swimming possibility and common barbecue area. Fishing license is purchased locally from the homeowner. 30 m to S04492 with 8 beds. Both properties can be rented well by families, groups and the like. Flattinge is 9 km from Lagan, where there is a grocer and fishing equipment for sale. 1 km from Lagen there is a golf course and a moose park, in winter there are even cross-country skiing tracks. The Enlinge moose park near Hamneda is also an excellent destination. In Ljungby there is the Sven Ljungberg Museum and for those interested in art there is the Sago Museum. In addition, the lake Bolmen is within easy reach. Within 3 km you have the lake Vidöstern and the river Laganån.
