Patoka Lake Family Style Home #18 at Patoka 4 Seasons Resort

Summary:

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for larger families or group getaways. The home is also equipped with a wheelchair ramp for added accessibility. Each of the three bedrooms features one queen bed, two twin beds, and a TV with satellite service, providing plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone. The master bathroom includes a relaxing garden tub and separate shower, while the second bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms are supplied with towels and basic toiletries for your convenience. The living area provides a welcoming gathering space with a couch, loveseat, and TV with satellite and DVD player. Just off the main living room, you’ll also find an additional sitting area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The dining room features two tables and a fireplace, creating a wonderful space for shared meals and conversation. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils to make meal preparation easy during your stay. Includes a large front deck or enjoy the outdoors from the screened-in porch, perfect for relaxing comfortably without the bugs.

The Space:

We are surrounded by the beautiful Patoka Lake, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. While the lake is not visible directly from the cabins, we do have walking paths that will take you right to the water. There are also nearby boat ramps, making it easy to get out and enjoy a day on the lake. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or simply taking in the scenery, the lake is just minutes away!

The house was very clean and conveniently located. The staff were friendly. The pool area was nice although it was closed two days. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable

Nice privacy. The house was clean and plenty of room for our party. The grass could have been cut since we did have a pet with us. Also a BBQ pit would have been nice

It was absolutely perfect!!!!

My family loved this house. It was super clean and perfect for us. Very roomy and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend this for a group. It’s a very quiet and peaceful location. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Fall break getaway

We had 10 total people stay in the house. 4 kids and 6 adults and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean and comfortable. The property was very nice and private. Good location and the 4 seasons staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place close to the lake, Quiet location.

We had a great time. My wife, two boys and their friends stayed in the house and had a great time. We were able to access the lake easily at the Patoka Lake Marina. Rented a boat for two days. Had a great time both on the property premises at four seasons resort and on the lake. Wonderful place to stay.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our Family vacation - My husband and I along with our grown children and grandchildren stayed for a week. there were 12 of us. loved the screened in area for games and handing out. The open area was great and the rooms were great. Thanks again.

Don’t Judge a Book By It’s Cover

This house is a modular and doesn’t appear to be in the best shape via the photos, but it was great! It was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in! Plus, it was fully stocked! We did not want for anything, except hand soap (bring some). We appreciated the screened in porch and the proximity to Patoka Lake. There was plenty of space for our adult children and our two grand-dogs. The staff at the resort was the friendliest group of ladies! Kudos to Patoka 4 Seasons Resort! We enjoyed a Wonderful Lake get-a-way!

Euchre trip

Let me start with the good things: excellent location for lake, friendly people, and plenty of beds. Not so good things: Very limited pans and dishes to cook with, freezer leaks into the refrigerator - ruined take out food, bedding, towels, etc. are very old with holes and wear, had to level out firepit to have fire, had to fix stove to heat up burners and there is definitely no WIFI, which they state but supposed to be able to access at clubhouse and that was spotty at best. Overall - it was clean and we had fun - just not the accommodations we expected.

Family fun

Beautiful property very peaceful loved sitting on deck watching sun come up drinking coffee patoka lake was amazing kids loved the arcades not much of a campstore but we took everything we needed short drive to Indiana caverns or marengo caves both lots of fun would definitely recommend also had a person with a disability was very accessible for them except the short toilet needed assistant to get up everything else very accessible

Perfect Spot

I was traveling with my dad to southern Indiana to play golf. The check-in process was super easy, and the staff was very friendly. The place itself has everything you need, and nothing you don’t. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only thing I would change would be adding WiFi. With that being said, the cell service was good enough to do any work that we needed to do. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice weekend getaway

This was a perfect location. We were only about 15 minutes from French Lick but we enjoyed the cabin being more secluded. The fire pit was nice to roast marshmallows. There were 3 beds in all 3 bedrooms so it can house several people. Everything was clean and nice. The only thing that was weird is that they didn’t provide bath towels or hand soap. We were able to rent towels for $1 a piece and we bought soap at the dollar store.

Overall property was great. We had a good time. Because your asking, I would recommend a bigger and better grill. The master bedroom bathroom shower head and controls could be updated.

Very nice

Over all stay was very nice. TV reception was pretty bad for the kid's but I wasn't there to watch TV. The cabin was well kept and clean. Will be back. Would recommend.
