HISTORIC HOME ON MUSIC ROW CLOSE TO VANDY AND DOWNTOWN
Full of Charm! Make your trip to Nashville the very best when you stay at The Chester. This recently renovated four-bedroom home was once owned by Country Music legend Chester "Chet" Atkins and is located on Music Row and only minutes from downtown Broadway and a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt U. Will sleep up to 12 with 3 bedrooms on the second floor one large bedroom on the third floor.
We offer self-check-in with electronic locks so no messing with keys! Each group is assigned a unique lock code that expires upon departure for your safety and security.
This home has all new appliances, fixtures, bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals and serve up to 12 guests. Full set of cookware, rotating Belgian waffle maker, griddle, mixer, and crockpot. Beverage station includes an under-the-counter ice machine off the dining room, bar tools, and an assortment of beverage glasses needed for almost any occasion, along with a blender and multiple coffee makers (drip, Keurig, and Nespresso for you aficionados).
There is a private drive and a parking area for several vehicles behind the house.
For safety and security, please be advised there are security cameras at the front and rear of the house, exterior only. Also, there is a building at the rear of the property that is separate from this listing. It houses two apartments on the upper floor, but you will not interact with them. Their entry and parking is off the alley on the other side of the building.
ATTENTION LOCAL GUESTS: All locals must send an 'inquiry' first using the 'Contact Host' option in the booking page to inform their interest in booking the listing, so we could check if we would be able to accommodate your stay, otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel any confirmed reservation made without our approval.

We are empty nesters having fun providing first-class accommodations for travelers to great destinations. Ron has been involved with real estate just about his whole career as a home builder, developer, remodeler, and investor. Susan has worked as the Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A and in banking. We have two grown children and five grandchildren!

This unique property is ideal for providing guests with a clean and safe place to stay while they visit and play in Nashville. It's close to most of what makes Nashville a great place to visit: downtown and all of the attractions that go with that, restaurants, Vanderbilt, Belmont, museums, and many other attractions.

Great location! This historic home located on Music Row has recently been totally renovated. It has a large parking area behind the house to accommodate several vehicles.
