Nestled on a picturesque, wooded lot, this cottage is popular due to its close proximity to the beach club and many favorite Seabrook Island amenities which you can access using the amenity card included with the rental.
You'll be greeted low country style by an open front porch deck; the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Once inside, the open floor plan ensures that everyone is included in the fun. The bright, fully stocked kitchen beckons with white cabinetry & stainless steel appliances
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table seating for 6. The living room area has lovely patio doors that highlight the wooded views beyond. Relax in the comfortable seating and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50" HDTV.
The spectacular screened porch expands the living space and is the perfect spot for enjoying the beach life on Seabrook Island. Whether you're reading a book, playing games or dining al fresco at the outdoor table, it's sure to be a favorite place to hang out.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with ceiling fan and updated en suite bath. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed with an updated, hall access full bath.
The 3rd guest room is a 2nd level open loft with 2 twin beds w/ trundles. This is a fun, unique space with vaulted ceiling and windows providing natural light.
Additional features for your convenience include a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, gas grill, and outdoor shower for rinsing off those sandy toes.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island Club is home to two championship golf course, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, oceanfront pools, spectacular ocean view dining options, a world class Racquet Club, and renowned Equestrian Center.
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
