Beautiful home in Braås with kitchen

Welcome to the former gardener's home on an estate from 1830. The old, beautiful door welcomes you here in this vacation home with wooden floors. A nature area you have here as your nearest neighbor. You are at the lake Örken, which has good fishing and good, sandy swimming spots. The kitchen is of a simple standard with electric stove with two hotplates. In the large garden you can enjoy yourself. Be sure to take a trip to Glasriket, the world of glassblowers and the adventure park Astrid Lindgrens Värld, here your children will meet Pippi Longstocking and Emil of Lönneberga. In Växjö you can go shopping. The boat can only be used from June to the end of September.

Schön ruhig gelegen

Das schöne alte Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber. Es liegt direkt an einem Naturreservat. Schön für Waldspaziergänge und Radfahren.

Gemütliches solides historisches Haus in einem sehr großen Garten

Das alte Haus ist sehr gut in Schuss. Es ist das alte Gärtnerhaus eines Gutes und liegt unterhalb des Gutshauses. Es steht inmitten einer riesigen Rasenfläche, die von sehr alten Bäumen umgeben ist. Das Gutshaus kann man sehen aber wir waren vollkommen für uns mit dem großen Garten. Es ist sehr still (überhaupt keine Autos zu hören). Der Weg zum See geht über schöne verwilderte Kuhwiesen (5-10 Minuten) oder über feste Wege (12-15 Minuten). Der Badeplatz ist schattig und sehr flach und sandig. Vor allem der Blick über den See ist einzigartig. Es gibt dort einen öffentlichen Grillplatz. Das Boot liegt in einer anderen Bucht (15-20 Minuten), wo es steinig und tief ist (vielleicht zum richtigen Schwimmen besser geeignet). Das ganze liegt im Braas Park, der sehr schön ist und viele kleine historische Details enthält. Geheizt wird das Haus elektrisch, was sehr gut und schnell funktioniert. Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern auch Kachelöfen, ich weiß aber nicht, ob die benutzt werden können. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (allerdings keine Spühlmaschine). Auf dem uralten Feuerherd steht ein einfacher Elektroherd mit 2 Platten und Ofen. Eine alte Mikrowelle gibts auch. Die Betten sind nicht so toll, haben uns aber gereicht. Es gibt keine richtigen Schränke, nur einen Wandschrank ohne Fächer. Das Bad ist sehr groß, mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Das Auto kann man im Garten neben dem Haus parken. Für uns (2 Erwachsene, 1 kl. Kind) war das Haus sehr geräumig. Wir haben die alte gut erhaltene Bausubstanz des Hauses, die Stille und den riesigen Garten sehr genossen.
