The building dates back to the 13th century and the furnishings are particularly well cared for, comfortable and with antique furniture. One side of the property and part of the garden border the cottage coded ITF926, about 30 meters away. A laurel hedge separates the two vacation homes, each of which has a private entrance, outdoor area and pool, making it well suited for large families or groups of friends. In the outdoor area, equipped with quality garden furniture, you will definitely want to find your favorite corner to enjoy your favorite book and a good glass of wine.
