On the estate you live directly by the nature, which invites you to beautiful hiking tours. In the peaceful surroundings you can observe many birds, red deer and also moose. A short hiking trail leads the 400 meters to the lake Skagern, in whose clear water you can swim and fish. A boat belonging to the house is included in the rent.

A beautiful riding and cycling trail leads around the lake. To Laxå it is about 18 km. Here and also in Örebro as well as Mariestad you can shop. 26 km away you will find Tivedens National Park, where you can hike in the southernmost primeval forest in Sweden. Skara Sommarland, 97 km away, is an amusement park.
