Chalet on the side of a slope on 4 floors, including a second gite. Independent access. On the ground floor: entrance with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200cm) opening onto a balcony and (2 single beds 90 x 200cm). In the basement: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200cm) and (4 bunk beds 90 x 200cm) opening onto a terrace. Wellness area shared with the other gite including a sauna and a jacuzzi (private slots, see the terms with the owner). On the 1st floor: dining room, living room, kitchen and living room with TV and WiFi connection, opening onto a balcony terrace. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with a small balcony. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (shower) and private WC. 3 private parking spaces in front of the chalet. Each floor has its exterior (terrace or balcony). Modern chalet built in 2023, gite in the heart of the village of Champagny en Vanoise, 500 meters from the slopes and the gondola. South-east/south-west transverse exposure. Decoration with clean lines, light wood and pastel shades. Quality furniture and a mix of wool and fur for a mountain atmosphere. Large living spaces to share on four floors. Very close to shops and services. From the center of the village, 500 m from the cottage, the cable car provides access in 10 minutes to an altitude of 2000 m and connects to the vast Paradiski area. From the top of the gondola, an exceptional panorama of the Vanoise glaciers, the Grand Bec and the Grande Casse. Nordic cross-country skiing site in the heart of nature 5km away (classified natural site of Champagny-le-Haut). Family resort of Pralognan-la-Vanoise 12km away. Largest ski area in the world of the 3 valleys (Courchevel, Meribel and Val Thorens) at 14km. Swimming pool with paddling pool and wellness area at 700 m. Body of water in Bozel 5km away. At the gates of the Vanoise National Park, starting point for many walks and mountain bike routes. Sneakers on the feet for hiking, climbing, tree climbing, via-ferrata, horse riding or even tennis. Sport and entertainment guaranteed in the heart of this typical village, with its narrow streets sheltering chapel and oratories.
