Studio located on the 1st floor including a bathroom (shower and WC), a kitchen area and living room (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with TV connected via Bluetooth, a bathroom (shower with WC). 3 gites in a house adjoining that of the owners, in a residential area, on the heights of Albertville. Entrance common to the 3 gites, spread over half-levels. Studio with air conditioning fitted out in an optimized and functional space, with good comfort. Outdoor parking common to the 3 gites.
