About this property
MAISON MONNIER - VALLOIRE
Gite on the 1st floor of a house, via an outside staircase comprising a small entrance, kitchen, living room opening onto the balcony, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 80x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), a bathroom water (shower), separate WC. Common ground. 800 m from the village centre and the ski lifts, access to the cottage is on foot from the public car park below, going up a small road for 50 m then by a flat path for 20 m. The cottage is on the upper floor of the semi-detached house, bright and functional. In winter, a shuttle runs (stop 400 m away) to bring you closer to the ski or cross-country slopes. Former family home for generations, this cottage is now dedicated to welcoming holidaymakers. In the heart of a hamlet, on the heights of Valloire, it benefits from a very beautiful view of the village and the mountains. Children can frolic on the common ground.
