Single-family house. On 3 levels composed of demi-paliers. Ground floor: entrance hall, living room-kitchen, bathroom (shower and Toilet), a bedroom (1 bed 2 persons 160 x 200 cm), access by a few stairs to the mezzanine in robe with vacuum on the show. Ground floor: living room (2 beds 1 person pull-out), LED television with international channels, Bluetooth speakers, Wifi connection and USB/HDMI Sockets. Basement level: 1 room (2 bunk beds 90 x 200 cm, 1 bed 1 person 90 x 190 cm), bathroom (shower and WC). Enclosed garden. Cross-country skiing 200 m. Detached house with garden closed at 1 km of cross-country skis and runs 200 m from the centre of Bessans, in a quiet, very comfortable. Quality services. Superb mountain character combined with the contemporary in a unusual volume. Nice landscaped garden. Beautiful mountain views.
