A delightful stay in an ideal location

The Terracotta is a lovely apartment in a great location in Nice. It's a super short walk to the beach and Promenade des Anglais, as well as the vibrant nightlight of Rue Massena - and the N&J office where you get / drop off the keys is literally around the corner. Modern and well appointed - it's also really nice to have 2 bathrooms as well as 2 bedrooms. On the 1st floor, not many steps to climb - and 2 lovely juliet balconies looking onto a charming street. The surrounding neighbourhood has lots of great places to eat, supermarkets and bakeries - a bit more authentic than the super touristy streets makes it that much more special. We would stay here again! Not much to suggest - perhaps a few multi-plug outlets for device charging?

Short break

Great location just around the corner from the Nestor & Jeeves office. Restaurants, boulangerie and a Utile supermarket close by. Tram stop a 10 minute walk and Nice main train station a 15 min walk away. Close to the waterfront too. We missed not having an oven as only a hob and microwave.

Nice vacation experiment in TERRACOTTA

- The apartment was close to almost everything, like the seaside, old town, and stations. There are many restaurants nearby. - Late Check-out was possible and free luggage storage. - Good air conditioning system - Very nice service and quick support - Easy key pick up and return - Beds could be king-size beds for families with kids with more comfortable mattresses. - Cooking pots were missing lids and some equipment was not available. - Some fundamental cooking spices like salt and pepper could be provided.

Bel appartement rénové dans un style moderne, jolie décoration soignée, espace de vie lumineux grâce à de grandes fenêtres, la cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est parfaitement équipée, les chambres sont calmes, très agréable à vivre.

Logement excellent près de la mer.

Tout est bien dans ce logement mais je Je pense que nous avons surtout apprécié l’emplacement- près de la mer, les restaurants, les magasins etc. Et aussi le soutien très efficace et la gentillesse du personnel de la conciergerie quand nous en avions besoin. Merci ! De temps en temps on entend un peu de bruit chez les voisins mais c’est une copropriété et donc assez normal- on n’y peut rien je crois!
