Escape to the lake with your family and enjoy this brand new lakefront harborview condo, situated on Possum Kingdom. Unit is near PK Patterson Marina, and 5 minutes to Hells Gate by boat. After a long day on the lake, retreat back and enjoy your time at the stunning pool area equipped with BBQ's, hot tub, and fire-pit. It's the perfect place for winding down with family and friends.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This property sleeps up to 8 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest room. Each room is equipped with smart T.V's and free internet. There is a Restoration Hardware Gel foam pullout queen sofa bed in the living area with a 75" smart T.V. Dining table seats up to 6 people with two counter stools at the kitchen island. This private end unit is situated on the ground floor with easy access to the lawn, pool area, entertaining pavilion, laundry room, and workout center.

THE LOCATION

Nestled along Possum Kingdom Lake, you’re perfectly situated to rent a boat or jet ski right outside your door at the marina. Head on down to Hells Gate which is only a 5 minute boat ride. Enjoy the surrounding natural beauty, whether it’s a hike or bike ride along the lake, golfing (15 minutes away), or walk to a nice dinner at Hemingway’s on the lake.

The property is gated with open parking but does NOT allow boat or trailer parking.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was another excellent experience. Great communication, very clean condo and love the location! We tried the restaurant next door and enjoyed it for lunch. Look forward to staying again next time we’re in Graford!

Excellent Condo

Very clean and comfortable condo right on the marina. Close enough to walk to Hemmingways and the Pie House. Nice patio area that opens up to a nice grass lawn are to get to the pool and spa. Would highly recommend.
