About this property
Amazing home in spoleto pg
Original house created from the renovation of an antique watermill. Equipped garden with oven and barbecue. The complex also has a small lake. We recommend the Spoleto Festival (15 km away) (end of June/beginning of July): international theatre, music and ballet events. On request: painting and cookery courses and typical Umbrian dinners. The last 700 metres of the access road are unpaved, the last 40 metres of which are steeper. A four-wheel drive vehicle is therefore recommended.
Please note that: Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
