This little house is nice and cozy. The owners are great and make you feel right at home We love the cows. This is the best VRBO place we ever stayed at. That’s why we did it 2 years in a row. Looking forward to going back next year.
This location is peaceful and so pretty ! The manager was extremely kind and efficient - we will absolutely be back - go see the shelter by the river SO BEAUTIFUL!
Very clean and comfortable home. This was the perfect place for our family to get together, we had a great time! Brenda and Earl were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay in the Somerset area.
We had a great time Brenda and Earl were so nice they drop off fresh vegetables from their garden
We were really happy with the house we loved the creek which was right across the street and we were twenty minutes from everything we were able to go swimming at Pulaski park and Brenda and Earl were great they came and checked on us asking if we needed anything and also allowed a late check out thanks for letting us stay we really enjoyed the house and you all made a great experience for us it was the first time we have rented from Vrbo
Came down to visit the nearby lakes and we were not dissapointed. Location is great but house needs some work. All things considered, the house would have been acceptable if it were not filled with terrible odors amd if the beds/linens also did not smell. We cut our booked stay 2 days short due to these odors as well as the rainy weather forcast.
Very cozy farmhouse on country land. If your family can handle no wifi or no cable then this is a great place. Well stocked kitchen, linens and blankets with boardgames. One tv in the living room which brings the family together, we loved that part, along with the quite coziness. You are next to a farm so wild life is all around, we had company on some crickets chirping, cows in the pasture and a nice creek setting close by. A night of pitching Cornhole whick hoist provided along with the grill, it was a overall pleasant stay. Will be again, polite host, pleasant stay.
Loved the peaceful country setting. What a nice break from the fast pace city life. Host Brenda was very friendly and helpful. Her and her husband was a pleasure to talk to.
My family and I needed a little get away from the world and this was the ticket. No WiFi which was exactly what I wanted so my family would disconnect from the world and just have some "us" time. Brenda and Earnest were always just a message away of we needed them, which was great. For sure gonna come out and stay again for some reconnect time with the family.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Disliked: Location
Perfect for some.
My initial experience in booking and speaking with the host was great .
Peaceful, beautiful location. Easy to find, and we’ll maintained. Earl and Brenda were very courteous to us, even stopping by to visit and offer any extra accommodations we thought we may need (we couldn’t of asked for more to begin with). The house is clean and suitable for all ages, offering scenery and plenty of room for outdoor recreation and private inside sleeping space. The creek access is hard to justify in pictures, it is outstanding!
I have no need to search for my next VRBO in this area, I’ll return to Earl and Brenda’s property without question. Thank you folks, we look forward to seeing you next time.
Great property, lots of beautiful scenery and real country living. Owners were fanatic and hospitality was fantastic. Will Stay here again next time in Kentucky.
