**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**

New Haven 601 - "Slice of Haven" - is all one level on the main floor of the New Haven villas next to the community elevator. It has a large open living and dining room area. With a view of the ocean from the dining room table and the Master bedroom. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This villa is located on the North end of the island, across the street from the beautiful Ocean Point golf course. Enjoy the island on a golf cart and ride around to see all the deer, alligators, numerous birds and other wildlife the island has to offer.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

We See’um Rentals Too, LLC manages 25 plus properties. If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs. We like the personal help we can provide our guests when we can speak in person.
Weeklong Stays only - Saturday to Saturday - During Peak Season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Calendar will show the beginning Saturday that the property is available during that time.

Location was decent

The location of the place is nice. The condo has all the adequate amenities you would need and it fit the need of our family of 5. The place however was very dirty upon checking in even though they stated that it was cleaned right before our arrival. There was a dirty blanket blanket in the closet that it never got removed. Several towels were stained, even after the fact that they brought us “new” towels. Perhaps they need to just get new towels. I had to ask for the rug in the kitchen to be changed because it was so dirty and stained. I had to clean the kitchen counter with wipes and it had a layer of dirt on it. I would also state that the master bedroom smells like mold. :( The owners were very receptive in coming to clean the condo. Overall, we tried not to let this ruin our first time in Fripp.

Gloria, Thanks for the response. I'm glad we were able to address issues right away. The blanket in the closet, was unfolded and fell, but was not dirty. I did clean the inside of the trash can area, and under a table. I do apologize there was a stain on one of the towels, we do try to weed out any towels with stains and donate them. We're are glad y'all had a good time overall. Thanks!

Great location for littles

The North beach was perfect for little kids and this location was great! Beautiful ocean views and just a short walk to ocean access.
