Perfect location some of the best views from the decks surrounding the units. Directly across from the pro shop for one of the courses.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we are already thinking about booking for next year! I forgot a shopping bag, and BJ was so kind to go retrieve it from the condo and mail it to me. We lived watching the sunrise each morning from the Adirondack chairs!

Location was decent

The location of the place is nice. The condo has all the adequate amenities you would need and it fit the need of our family of 5. The place however was very dirty upon checking in even though they stated that it was cleaned right before our arrival. There was a dirty blanket blanket in the closet that it never got removed. Several towels were stained, even after the fact that they brought us “new” towels. Perhaps they need to just get new towels. I had to ask for the rug in the kitchen to be changed because it was so dirty and stained. I had to clean the kitchen counter with wipes and it had a layer of dirt on it. I would also state that the master bedroom smells like mold. :( The owners were very receptive in coming to clean the condo. Overall, we tried not to let this ruin our first time in Fripp.

Gloria, Thanks for the response. I'm glad we were able to address issues right away. The blanket in the closet, was unfolded and fell, but was not dirty. I did clean the inside of the trash can area, and under a table. I do apologize there was a stain on one of the towels, we do try to weed out any towels with stains and donate them. We're are glad y'all had a good time overall. Thanks!

Great location for littles

The North beach was perfect for little kids and this location was great! Beautiful ocean views and just a short walk to ocean access.
