The master bedroom is on the upper floor and has one of the most beautiful bathrooms, with an outdoor shower and living room, and indoor shower and a tub. It also has a separate terrace overlooking the golf course.

2 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, each with 2 Queen Size beds and a full bathroom. You have access to the pool and terrace.

A fourth bedroom is smaller with two double beds and a full bathroom.

The living area is integrated with the fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and the outdoor terrace, thus doubling the spaces for family coexistence.

Golf cart for 6 people at your disposal throughout your stay.

You can access a private beach within a 5-minute walk.

Includes cleaning from Monday to Saturday. (Sunday is also available at extra charge)

When renting at Villa Palmas, you will have access to Premium Membership, which includes access to the Beach Clubs: KUPURI, SUFI, PACÍFICO and SURF. You will also have the right to enter the beautiful Beach Club: SEA BREEZE at the St. Regis Hotel, following their independent consumption conditions. The activities in the Beach clubs are diverse. You can swim, surf, kayak, E-foil, paddle board, diving, snorkeling. They have bathrooms, showers and dressing rooms. Its restaurants are first class.

With the Premier Membership, you also have the right to use the two Punta Mita Golf courses, paying the fees per use.

We enjoyed Las Palmas 8. The property manager Luisa and concierge Samantha were very helpful. Reservations were made prior to our arrival and the grocery list we submitted ensured we were very well stocked. Had access to two golf carts. House was very conveniently located and all rooms were comfortable. Master suite was spacious and had a very nice sundeck and both an inside and outside shower. VIP access to beach clubs provided. I would recommend this as a great place for a family to have a wonderful vacation.

A wonderful family spot

Our family loves Punta Mita because of the variety of activities and the relaxed atmosphere. Las Palmas 8 is lovely with a quick walk to the ocean and a well appointed home. Staff was always there to help when needed.

Paradise Vacation

If you are headed to Punta de Mita, this 4 bedroom house is in a great location and very comfortable. We had just a couple of issues that once we let Luisa(property manager know), she got them handled. We had 6 adults and 6 teenagers. The only room that was maybe not quite enough was the very small two twin bed room. The bedroom worked out okay for two adults but the bathroom was tiny!!! We just shared one of the huge master bathrooms with them. Luisa, Sam and Marta were great!

Some positives….maid was fantastic and did our laundry every other day for additional fee. Location was great, two golf carts were fantastic. Plenty of room, kitchen was spacious and outdoor area was a highlight.Some negatives ….jacuzzi didn’t work for the first two days…tv situation was questionable at best, no screen mirror options. Communication with the concierge was not great as well. Wifi was spotty at best, and AC/Fan situation was very confusing.All in all I would go back, but this is definitely a 4 star experience, so keep that in mind

Home needs some updates and work

The property is good, not as big as it looks in some photos but has a good layout. It’s showing a little age and some aspects are outdated. You need a phd to figure out how to unfold and put back the patio doors. We had some issues that the internet didn’t work the first 2 days of the stay, the property manager was communicative and they did their best to resolve it as quickly as they could. The hot tub wasn’t hot, more of a plunge pool and that was not resolved. One of the showers doesn’t get hot because it’s installed reversed but there’s nothing to tell you that. The kitchen is stocked ok but doesn’t come with many basics, cooking oil, salt & pepper, coffee etc.. some basics would be better. We enjoyed our stay and the outdoor area is the best feature of the home. The concern was that after we reported the issues we encountered during our stay the listing host was not responsive, after several follow ups we still haven’t heard from them. To me for this caliber of a home this is unacceptable. The property manager on site which is a different company was great and very responsive, give them the listing to manage as well! They would get 5 stars if I could rate just them. We had a nice time but I wouldn't return to this property. There were more issues inside than listed but no one seems to want the feedback to improve it.

An amazing stay!!

We had absolutely the best time here. The home was spacious and clean with great views and easy access to all the Punta Mita has to offer. My only comment would be that there is only 1 king bed in the home, and it was advertising that there were 5.

Relaxing Trip

Mucho gracias for our stay Monica. We are so sad to leave. We had a wonderful time and the house was amazing- perfect location, great bedrooms and pool/hot tub. Marta was always great making sure the house was ready each day with clean pool towels etc. Our concierge Fernanda was fantastic as well- very responsive and helpful with ideas. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Look forward to coming back again soon!

Beautiful house with a great location

The house was beautiful and clean. It slept 8 adults and 2 kids comfortably. We had Nellie come in to cook breakfast for us and she was a delight as was her food. If you're going in the off-season, I'd recommend checking which beach clubs are open. We were bummed to find two of the three beach clubs were closed when were there. However, we had a fantastic time at the Pacifico Beach club. The staff, food, and drinks were all excellent.

Wonderful home

We had 6 moms and 6 senior girls and enjoyed a full week at this beautiful home. Everything you can imagine is nearby including an amazing view of the ocean. We loved every minute of the home and it’s wonderful housekeeper! We had a cook as well and massages at home and we were thrilled with all of the arrangements. There is wonderful security around and we felt very comfortable with our daughters taking the golf cart around the area at night. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay at Punta Mita!

Make sure you Lock everything! We were robbed here.

I’ve been coming to this area for several years and have never had a problem. I have never felt unsafe or scared ever. The villa is nice, great pool area overlooking the golf course. They could use a new juicer as a crucial piece is missing making it inoperable. They need covers for the pots and pans, a couple of oven pans And some oven mits. It takes several minutes for the water to heat up in the shower too. A/C worked great in each room. A guide to how to get the TV from Spanish to English would be helpful as well as a channel guide of some sort. We both stay in a lot of hotels so we take for granted the things that make life on the road easy. For the price these things should be standard. The golf cart that was provided was crap. It was very old, had no shocks at all, in fact it was more like a utility golf cart that the workers ride around in. It was uncomfortable especially on the cobble roads. Not at all what was expected. We were having a great time overall until two nights before we were to leave, Someone broke into our villa and stole all of our cash, some jewelry I had purchased that day, headphones and an expensive watch. We left everything in the living room, unfortunately. We were upstairs sleeping. We locked everything every night, I never take chances. I know several others who live in this development and they often leave everything unlocked. The head of the private security came to see what had happened and he was visibly surprised when he learned that it didn’t happen during the day but at night while we were sleeping. They came in through the glass panel openings in the dining room. They are not very secure. The owner should get a camera system ASAP. I believe that Punta Mita is a very safe area. This villa is not at fault. With the pandemic I’m sure people are down on their luck but there is no excuse for this sort of thing to happen here. The guards give you a false sense of security, it’s obviously not secure. Be careful, Lock your doors and use the safes (ours were not operable because they were locked) for your valuables. Keep everything in your bedroom with you and lock your bedroom door. With people so desperate anything can happen. We are grateful we weren’t harmed and our credit cards and passports were left behind. Monica the manager was apologetic. Everyone was sorry. I just think people should know to lock their doors at all times and take precautions because if this can happen to us, it can happen to you.

Loved Las Palmas 8

Our 10-person holiday vacation at Las Palmas 8 couldn't have been better. The house is beautiful and well-designed for a group. Punta Mita overall is fabulous. It's easy to get everywhere by golf cart. The owner and her team provide exceptional customer service. They are very communicative and always available to answer questions and line up activities. We would absolutely recommend Las Palmas 8 and hope to go back!

The best time!

We loved Punta Mita, the house, the location, everything! Monica was very helpful with everything. The housekeeper was awesome! The house was always impecable. The beds super comfy, linens, towels and everything else was top! Pictures in the website are nice but in person I think is even better! The house is just perfect, really good for kids too. Every detail is very nice.

The house was in a great location for our kids to play in the grass and enjoy the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed walking to one of the beach clubs and watching the sunsets on the beach with just a 3 minute walk from the house! The cook and house cleaner we’re friendly and professional.

Amazing property and excellent service!

The house was so amazing. Comfortable, great location... air conditioning worked perfect in every room. We only had our family stay but the house would fit 2 families very comfortably. Betty from Vallarta rentals was overly accommodating and helpful as our concierge. There was cleaning gal and a daily cook (breakfast and lunch) made it feel like vacation. So nice and the food was sooooo good. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful spot; incredible staff

We were three couples off for a week holiday to Punta Mita, and were thrilled to find this home. The location is great, walking distance to the ocean and resident's beach club (our favorite). They also provided a 6-seater golf cart, which we took everywhere, and they have the Premier Golf membership which let's you have access to the maximum amount of amenities (including the Sufi and Kupuri beach clubs). The home actually had some water issues while we were there (it's a house- things happen!), and the manager and staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and more than made up for the inconvenience. The concierge (Tonny) was great, both before and during our arrival. If there was anything at all we needed, he was on it,and we never had a single issue with anything he arranged for us. I recommend getting the cooks to make you breakfast (small extra charge), and ask for Veronica and Olga. Oh my god! Don't even bother telling them what you want each day - everything they make is fantastic, and they are so fun to have around. By the end, they were singing and dancing with us. One other nice thing about this home is the hot tub. Most Las Palmas homes have only pools, but no hot tub. This home has both. The view from the pool and hot tub is right down the fairway looking at the famous Tail of the Whale golf hole, and you can see the waves crashing on the rocks. A very peaceful and beautiful location. We WILL be back.

Amazing Stay at Beautiful Las Palmas

We loved our experience at Villa Las Palmas and in the Punta Mita community so much we would love to return ASAP. The villa is lovely and larger than the photos depict. The concierge service set up incredible Chef dinners and lunches at the villa. The food and staff (Including the maid service) were wonderful! I would recommend the dinners and lunches at least for a few days. Both Beach Clubs were great. The Residents Club is very close to the Villa and is a little more low key. The service is faster than at the Kupuri Beach Club, however the Kupuri Club is Gorgeous! The check in and check out experience were easy. Our friends rented the villa next to us (#7), which is a great option if you are a larger group. We had some issues with the additional golf cart (not ordered through Monica or the concierge...just on our own), but our concierge helped us and the company did not charge us for the days our cart didn't work. We organized a sailing excursion through Ally Cat Sailing, and this was a WONDERFUL experience. I would highly recommend it. So fun for all ages. Rent this Villa, you will be very pleased!
