Enjoy the Sunshine state in our charming and peaceful home near some of Florida's best attractions! We like our guests to feel like family! We find our home to be very peaceful and in a safe neighborhood featuring the following amenities:

- Newly renovated 1400+ square foot home with 2 full baths, including 1 bath with a walk-in shower, 1 bath with a tub/shower combo, hair dryer, kitchen with newer stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, electric stove and oven, huge refrigerator/freezer, microwave), faux wood flooring and more! Newly furnished with a European meets Southern charm decorating style that is both inviting and cozy and everything you might need for cooking; coffee and coffee pot provided.

- 3 large and spacious bedrooms each with a queen size bed, including a Purple #2 mattress, and Dream Cloud mattress with adjustable frame to raise your head. Sleeps 6.

- Great OUTDOOR living space with a nice size pool under a lanai, table and chairs under a porch roof, lounge chairs around the pool and an outside grill for grilling your favorite meal!

- Laundry facilities including washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board for your use

- Central air conditioning, heat and room air purifier

- WIFI and 2 SMART/Roku Televisions, one in family room is a large 65" TV; the other in the master bedroom with a large selection of DVD movies

- Large 2 car garage with a ping pong table; badminton set for your use and lots of board games for you to play!

- Plenty of parking in the driveway; keyless entry

- A nice selection of books for your reading pleasure!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time, this home is the perfect spot for a fun family get away. The home is fully equipped, and the pool is wonderful! The property is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

It was clean but, we thought the pool would be a lot warmer, We didn't go in. And, unless I missed it somewhere, I was surprised to find I had to strip all of the beds and gather all the towels and make sure all of the dishes were cleaned and put away.Also, the cubed ice & water dispenser dispenser didn't work. And that dispenser had a leakage issue.

This was a repeat stay at this lovely home. It will not be our last time. The home is so comfortable and welcoming. The homeowner has taken care to be sure the home away from home is clean, well stocked with all the necessities and even a ping pong table, pool and lots of board games and puzzles. A big storm came through Mount Dora our last night there and the homeowner was on top of that and contacted us to be sure we were aware of the local advisaries. We will be back.

This was a very comfortable stay. The house is nicely appointed. Very easy to relax. The pool and pool area are nice. Only drawback is it isn't heated.

Mount Dora Trip

Antique Get-a-Way

Beautiful home with all the thoughtful extras. Got to play ping-pong as well as enjoy relaxing in the pool. We loved the decor and knew we would find great items at Rennigers. Thank you for the use of your home. We are thinking of a future trip down here again.
