Lovely, clean, well stocked home with spectacular views! Fantastic place for family gatherings. Comfortable beds / bedding in a peaceful area. Will definitely stay again! Thanks again for the hospitality Mary.
This home is wonderful and in a great location for Yellowstone, Chico, and Livingston. We enjoyed the hot tub and the wildlife that visited! Mary was very responsive to our inquiries. We would stay here again!
This remote property has everything you need to enjoy the gorgeous natural surroundings and drive into Yellowstone or Bozeman. Mary was an incredible, responsive host and the home has all you’ll need for a comfortable stay.
Paradise Lodge is so thoughtfully designed, decorated, and appointed. Everything was comfortable and easy to access. We were there for day trips into YNP and enjoyed coming back to relax and restore our energy. We can’t recommend this place enough, one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in!
Our family had an amazing stay at Mary’s place. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of space to play outside, and all the rooms were very confortable and clean. Emigrant was a great location for trips to Yellowstone and our kids had a ton of fun playing in the river across the street. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at this home which comfortably accommodated our group of ten. We cooked family dinners almost every night and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed easy access to many activities and evening walks in the surrounding quiet residential area. The property manager was helpful and responsive.
An amazing property with beautiful furnishings and fabulous mountain views! Location is perfect - 30 minutes from Yellowstone and 30 from Livingston. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. My favorite VRBO!
What a diamond in the gorgeous land of Montana. It was convenient to the wedding location but the communication quality of the property couldn’t have been better! We would come back again to this home in a minute!
We brought our adult children and their families to the Chico area for Christmas. The house is perfect because everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The living/dining space is wonderful for gathering everyone together to dine, play games and watch football and movies. The hot tub is wonderful and the kitchen is very well equipped. We appreciated the close proximity to Chico Hot Springs, Sage Lodge, Yellowstone Hot Springs and Yellowstone Park. Thank you for sharing your property with our family!
The property was spacious and secluded, but still in the perfect location for access to Chico, Sage, and the Old Saloon. Gardner is only a little over a 30 minute drive. The house is great for a large group with ample seating, and the en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom were a crowd pleaser. The house felt Mountain modern with cozy comfort, and had all the amenities you could need. We loved the property and will definitely stay again!
I cannot such enough about this rental property and it’s owner. The space is absolutely stunning and was perfect for our trip. Mary kindly reached out to ensure that we had everything we needed and was very easy to get in touch with. WE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE. We would stay again and again if we ever return to Montana. If you are thinking about booking this home, BOOK IT. You will not regret it!
Mary’s home is beautiful and she was so helpful in many ways. Deer welcomed us in the mornings. Home and kitchen had everything we needed.
We were there for my sons wedding. We stayed there the week before and had a week of so many fun activities. There is a general store close by that has a lot of items. Follow Your Nose BBQ is very good also. Great time and beautiful home.
Thanks Mary!
We visited the property in January/2023 and let me just say this property is beautiful! We were looking for a quite, secluded location that we could celebrate our anniversary and we definitely got that with this property. We spent two days driving around Yellowstone and this property was perfectly located with great access to the north entrance. And lastly, Mary the property owner was an excellent communicator. She was very quick to respond and gave great feedback to the area. If we go back, we will without a doubt try to stay at this property again! It was truly amazing... I just wish that we could stay there all year around!
The Lodge is an absolutely wonderful place for a large group (or small). Every room has a private bath. The hose is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals as we did. The outside space is great for relaxing in the shadow of Emigrant Peak. Yellowstone and Livingston are just a short distance away. I would recommend driving the east river road across the valley to go into Livingston. It's truly an amazing drive.
I can't say enough good things about the rental. The only thing that outshines it is the host. I have rented dozens of VRBO rentals in Montana over the years but have never had more gracious and attentive hosts. They truly go out of their way to take care of you. I have stayed close by at another rental owned by them the two previous years and have had the same experience. I would definitely recommend that rental as well for smaller groups.
Paradise Valley Lodge - family reunion September 2024
If you are looking for a place to stay in Emigrant to accommodate a large group - this is it!
Mary is an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met for our family reunion. Everyone said it was the best accommodation we've experienced in 20+ years of family reunions and that says ALOT for this group! :)
The kitchen was beyond well stocked, bedding was luxurious and the beds super comfortable. A bounty of bath linens were appreciated for fresh towels each day! How lovely to be able to do laundry for those who had vacationed by car prior to arrival. :)
We enjoyed spreading out in the living room for visiting and playing games. TV in every bedroom was a plus. The majestic views of the mountains - magnificent! We did not use the hot tub or fire pit as we were busy each day visiting Yellowstone and too pooped, frankly; would have been great to have one day there just to enjoy the Lodge.
If we ever decide to go back to Montana or Yellowstone, this is where we'll book.
We stayed at this property with a group of friends to celebrate my husband's 40th, and it was the perfect location for fishing, exploring Yellowstone, and taking in the beautiful scenery. I can't recommend it highly enough! 5+ Stars!
Beautiful views and perfect house for our family. We so enjoyed hanging out on the outside patio and by the fire at night. House had everything we needed, kitchen well stocked and bathrooms had shampoo and soap which was very appreciated since we were limited on what we could fly there with. Beds where comfortable and house was very clean. We enjoyed the wildlife we saw just sitting outside and was a very quiet and relaxing location. We very much appreciated the great communication that our host Mary provided and she was very informative before and during our stay.
We traveled there from Florida for a family wedding and everything about our stay was perfect.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A beautiful lodge with a bathroom in each bedroom. This was A place where I would come back to again and again. Our family of five adult children and their spouses were also so pleased with the accommodations. Our host, Mary, answered my every question quickly and thoroughly.
Great location to Chico and a short drive to the great hot springs in Gardner. We did both in one day. Our group had all adult couples, and everyone commented how great it was to have their own bathroom. Only problem we had was the driveway drifted full of snow from the terrible wind that weekend. Property owner got someone out to plow it on Saturday. Kind of a pain but it is winter in Montana. Hopefully, they get more snow fence up, and put it further away from the road. Awesome weekend in this beautiful house!
